Shipping Policy

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Shipping is charged at RATE BY WEIGHT of $5 (up to 3kg) and $10 for (3kg - 5kg) for standard and $10 (up to 3kg), and $15 (3kg - 5kg  for Express. 
All products as part of our "Featured Suppliers" are also as above.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $50. 

 

Orders will arrive to you at different times depending on what you order, when you order, and where you live. As a rule of thumb, printed items can take anywhere between 1 and 3 business days to make. Once made and packed, orders within Australia can take 3-5 business days via standard shipping, or 1-3 with express.

Orders which are NOT designated/DO NOT Carry the Open Road Envy Industries brand / are part of our "Homewares Range" will be shipped within 2 - 7 Business days of your order being placed. Once Packed, orders will arrive to you within 8 - 28 days, usually fairly quickly!

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

Shipping is charged at RATE BY WEIGHT of $20 (up to 2kg)

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER $150* 

For orders which are above 2kg, Shipping is charged at $75 (2-5kg) and $100 (5kg & up)

*Above $200 for over 2kg

International orders can take anywhere between 2 and 15 business days to arrive at your door.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
 

When your order has left us you will receive an automated e-mail with a tracking reference. Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the system before tracking it as information will not be available immediately. 

Return & Exchange Policy

- Returns will only be accepted where by the item is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- Refunds and replacements will only be issued for manufacturing faults, however please note this does not include general wear and tear.
- Refunds and exchanges are not offered for Sale Items.
- All returned items can only be returned for a store credit.
- In the event a return does not meet the set standards, we reserve the right to reject the return.
- Customers will be responsible for the return postage cost, however will NOT be charged for shipping on their exchanged product. (RETURNS & EXCHANGES)
